Grand Masti 2 is a bollywood adult comedy film directed by Indra Kumar and produced by Ashok Kandhari. Starring Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani, Urvashi Rautela and Kristina Akheeva. The film is the sequel to 2006's highly successful Grand Masti starring Indra Kumar himself, Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi in lead roles with Aftab Shivdasani in a supporting role. The movie is set to be released on 22nd October 2016 across India (in Hindi). The movie has been dubbed into Telugu as Gandu 2. There are rumors that the film's Hindi version would be released on 6 November 2016, however that was later revealed to be false. The film collected 3.7 crore in its first weekend and 4crore in its first week from total area of 110-120 territories which is decent performance by today's standards as no other movie is doing that kind of business . Grand Masti 2 opened to positive reviews from critics. The Times of India rated the movie 2.5 out of 5 stars. Rohit Vats of Hindustan Times gave Grand Masti 2 1/2 stars out of 5, praising the effort put in by the cast but criticising the vulgarity and sexism of the film. The critic also praised Swati Sharma's performance in her debut role.
